"Despite its pleasant surroundings, this place doesn't live up to its ambitions. It's far from the city of Taroudant. Parking is far from the restaurant and reception. The meal is average and expensive (basic couscous for 100 dirhams), and there's no choice of alcohol. The staff service is amateurish. The prices are too high for Morocco."

I trusted this property with that responsibility, and they delivered far beyond anything I could have imagined. From the very first moment of arrival, everything was flawless. The welcome, the care for our car, the reception, the butler service — every single touchpoint was handled with exceptional attention and genuine warmth. We were made to feel truly special, almost like royalty. What impressed me even more — as someone who has spent nearly two decades in hospitality — is that this level of attention was not only reserved for us. My professional instinct is always observing, and I could clearly see that every guest, every table, was receiving the same level of care and detail. That speaks volumes about the culture of the place. A very special mention to Yusra from Guest Relations, Khalid from the butler team, Anis as Operations Manager, Florian and Lionel from the F&B team, and Executive Chef Javad. Each of them went above and beyond. Not only did they respond to every request — they anticipated needs before we even expressed them. This is true luxury. The entire experience was seamless. I didn’t have to think about anything — I simply trusted the team, and everything was executed at the highest possible level. The food was outstanding, the cocktails were excellent, and the service quality was easily at a three-star Michelin level. I genuinely consider this place one of the best hotels in Morocco — and surprisingly still a hidden gem. Located about an hour from Agadir, it feels like entering another world. Peaceful, immersive, and almost unreal. What makes this property truly unique is its concept. Each room is completely different and designed as a full experience. You don’t just stay in a room — you travel somewhere. You might find yourself in a safari setting, in a jungle atmosphere, or in a chic elegant space. In our case, we stayed in a three-level bungalow, where the lower level was surrounded by 360-degree glass with no walls, only nature and animals around us. Waking up in that environment, in Morocco, felt absolutely surreal. The level of detail across the entire property is something I rarely see. There is not a single area where you feel something is unfinished or overlooked. Everything is precise, intentional, and executed with care. Despite being slightly away from the city, there is so much to do within the domain itself — safari park, animals, horse riding, quad biking, paintball, a beautiful orange farm, and an upcoming spa that already looks extremely promising. "A superb hotel with very fine free breakfast, The golf coursed are excellent and in very good condition.Special thanks to Driss and Mohammed at the starters office, their service and help is first class. The hotel has only suites with views if either the pool or the golf course. The entire hotel is immaculately clean. The only negative is the restaurant food for dinner can sometimes be below par and the serving staff need some training in the correct way to serve and the need to be more attentive. Having said that, at breakfast the service is faultless. Overall I can give this hotel a very big thumbs up."

"This is such an incredible and beautiful botique hotel. The rooms where spotless, styled beautifully and very comfortable. We stayed in multiple 4* botique hotels on our trip through Morrocco and this came out on top for every aspect including comfort, style, service and food. I really recommend getting the banana and vanilla milkshake. The gardens and pool area are perfectly maintained and the breakfast is very good. It was the only place on our trip that served English breakfast tea which by the end of our trip I was craving! The photos don't do this place justice, you have to be their to realise how much of a gem this little haven really is."

"We spent New Year's Eve here at the end of 2025. Wonderful experience and we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is fantastic, quiet and relaxed, but you can still easily get into Agadir for activities and restaurants and the beach. Our room was in the tower. Very clean and comfortable - but remember it gets cold in the mountains in January!"
